Help in Image is an app designed for the Center for Youth and Family Kennemerland to provide a faster match between the care offer and the care demand of a young person. It is an app intended to help referrers, such as family coaches, youth doctors, confidence teachers or youth workers in their referral process.We do this by making the offer transparent and transparent and by providing an up-to-date availability of care in the region.The app currently offers four functions:- It makes visible which type of care is offered by which care provider. All visible providers are contracted by (one or more of) the affiliated municipalities.- Healthcare providers can post news items.- You can contact the healthcare provider directly by email or telephone.- You can search on search terms that are linked to their services by healthcare providers.The app provides a quick and accessible overview and allows the user to contact a healthcare provider directly, all to provide healthcare faster to everyone who needs it.
